NTT DoCoMo unveils ring-shaped cell phone

NTT DoCoMo unveiled Tuesday its latest ring-shaped cell-phone model.

The Japanese mobile giant's handset looks like an oversized plastic fashion ring, but the product allows users to talk on the ring-phone just like they would any other cell phone, complete with Bluetooth access.

The phone is about the size of a quail's egg and is feather-light as well. The company said the bulk of the weight comes from the battery rather than the actual phone.
