Motorola announced on Thursday it has agreed to provide China Mobile Communications Corp. (CMCC) with 310 million dollars worth of mobile telecommunications equipment and services.

Motorola said the one-year agreement with China's biggest mobile provider was signed on April 27.

"Motorola has worked with for more than 20 years," Motorola China vice president and general manager Mohammad Akhtar said in a statement.

Motorola said its products will be used by China Mobile to integrate voice and data capacity on its mobile networks using GSM and TD-SCDMA standards.
